The Peace Maker was created to handle metropolitan missions, and it's Wave Cannon in particular was designed to be used with minimal danger to civilians and local structures. It's hinted at being one of the faster of the R-craft. It's a small, light craft, making it ideal for missions that demand agility over firepower.

A variation of the R-11. Slated for use in metropolitan areas, minimizing danger to civilians was a priority. One method for achieving this was equipping the craft with a Lock-On Wave Cannon.

Requirements:

The Peace Maker undergoes a re-design to make it resemble the R-9A Arrowhead a bit more. It maintains the Missile options of it's previous incarnation and can now equip Forces and Bit Devices. Pilots must spend 30 minutes' flight time with the R-11A Future World to unlock this craft.

Only a graphical facelift separates the Gallop version and the R-Type Final version. It tends to look different in every appearance, including CGI artwork.

The Peace Maker is the only ship available to pilots in Armed Police Unit Gallop, in which it performs admirably. In this game, the Peace Maker lacks both Forces and Bit Devices.

A variation of the R-11, this small craft is typically used in city experiments. Its small size makes it ideal for this job, and the ship uses a lock-on laser to minimize damage/casualties.

Parts:

  • Lock-On-Laser: Locks on to a target quickly, and fires repeated shots for a certain amount of time. Issues such as decreasing output and overheating needed to be addressed due to the weapon's long irradiation time. The addition of another unit allows for simultaneous three shot capability.
  • Missile Unit: Developed for a variety of missile-based weapons, depending on the combat style. The most commonly used types are homing and napalm-based missiles.
